Thorgy was a contestant on the Emmy Award winning show Rupaul’s Drag Race Season 8 and Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3. She has also appeared on Amazon’s Mozart and the Jungle , VICE, WWHL with Andy Cohen and is a cast member of Dragnificent! on TLC/Hulu.
Thorgy Thor has toured the world with MPpresent Haters Roast comedy tour & A Drag Queen Christmas for the past 4 years.
Thorgy Thor has had the honor of playing solo violin, viola and cello in Thorgy and the Thorchestra with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Nova Scotia, Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra, Charlotte Symphony Orchestra and has debuted a solo show at Gramercy Theater in NYC in 2019.
Darienne Lake
Darienne Lake is a drag queen from Rochester, New York. She became famous after being on the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
Greg Meyer (born November 27, 1971), better known by the stage name Darienne Lake, is a drag queen and television personality. Lake began performing in drag in 1990 in Rochester, New York before rising to prominence after competing on the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, placing fourth.
Lake rose to international prominence after winning the fan vote to appear on the sixth season of Drag Race. During the series, Lake won a main challenge (episode three) and ultimately finished the competition in fourth place behind Adore Delano, Courtney Act, and eventual winner Bianca Del Rio.
In 2018, Lake appeared in Hurricane Bianca: From Russia with Hate.
Lake has been praised for her lip syncing skills, having survived three lip syncs for your life on Drag Race. IndieWire wrote that Lake “lip syncs like the rent is due”.[11] Vulture ranked Lake as one of the top 100 most powerful drag queens in America in 2019.[13]
Darienne Lake competed on the eighth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars (2023). She ultimately finished the competition in ninth place.
Acid Betty
Acid Betty is a drag performer from Brooklyn, NY known for her fierce and avant-garde style both on and off the stage.
Jamin Ruhren (born December 10, 1977), better known by the stage name Acid Betty, is an American drag queen, performer, actor and singer. He rose to national prominence after competing on the eighth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2016.
Before his appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Betty was a guest for an episode of Project Runway, season five in 2008, where RuPaul was the guest judge. In 2009, Betty was in the film An Englishman in New York with John Hurt. In 2010, she appeared in an eight episode web series documentary, Queens of Drag: NYC with Peppermint, Bianca Del Rio and Mimi Imfurst.She has served as Ringleader at the Lincoln Center for New York City’s “Rock and Roll Circus” in 2011.
Betty was announced to be one of twelve competing on season eight of RuPaul’s Drag Race on February 1, 2016.[12] She was eliminated in episode five after performing badly on the annual snatch game challenge, and later losing a lip sync to Madonna’s “Causing a Commotion” against Naomi Smalls.
After the show, Betty made a cameo appearance in The Path in 2018.
In July 2020, Betty was featured in Drive N’ Drag, a drive-in drag show.
In November 2011, Betty appeared in the music video for Cazwell’s “Unzip Me”. Betty released her first single, “Ruthless”, on March 1, 2012. Her second single, “Fantasy”, was released on May 15, 2016. The music video features season eight finalists Kim Chi and Bob the Drag Queen. A third single, “Acid (Drop)”, was available three days later.
Ambrosia Salad
Ambrosia Salad: Food of the Gods. Ambrosia has been a staple of the drag community in Rochester NY since 1994. She was cast in the successful “Life’s A Drag” cabaret style show at Club Marcella. During these years Ambrosia also won the prestigious title of “Miss Gay Rochester” 1997. Ambrosia went on to develop and host the popular “Salad Bar Revue” 2000-2010. A weekly show held at Muther’s. Another favored club of downtown Rochester. All the while, performing at different venues and pride festivals in Buffalo, Syracuse and Toronto.
In 2017 Ambrosia started making guest appearances in the dynamic “Drag Me To Brunch” which developed into a cast position in the touring troupe. Some highlights for Ambrosia have been the opportunity to perform at college shows (supporting lgbtq+ students and allies), comedy clubs and casinos. Ambrosia enjoys traveling, art, reading and socializing. Overall, she’s the ultimate party dish.
Aggy Dune
Aggy is currently a regular featured comedian at Comedy at the Carlson and the FunnyBone Comedy Clubs nation-wide. She has performed across the United States, Canada and Great Britain. Aggy was one of the four queens spotlighted on television’s VH1’s documentary Boys Will Be Girls, and was also featured in the award winning documentary film Workhorse Queen from Breaking Glass Pictures. She is a founding member of the Drag Me to Brunch touring troupe as well as the co-creator of the BigWigs show with Mrs Kasha Davis.
Aggy has competed on a national level for the Miss Gay America and the Miss Continental pageant, where she placed in the top ten. Aggy Dune Aggy Dune, actress, comedian and impersonator. Aggy is master of celebrity impersonations that include Cher, Reba, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Madonna and Lady GaGa. Aggy is the owner and promoter of the Miss Gay Rochester Pageant, the longest, continuously run drag pageant in the country, which will be celebrating its 53 crowning this year.
